If you’re not fully delighted with your display, we’ll make it right — or the lights are yours to keep. Here’s everything you need to know about this risk-free offer and how it ensures a beautiful, worry-free holiday display.
How Our Light Design Satisfaction Guarantee Works
1. Professional Installation, Customized to You
Every installation is completed by certified professionals who tailor the display to make your home shine. From planning to setup, we handle everything so you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the season.

We’re dedicated to creating a display that meets or exceeds your expectations. If you’re not entirely happy with the results, we’ll make adjustments until you are.
3. If You’re Not Satisfied, the Lights Are Yours to Keep
No risk, no hassle: if for any reason we don’t meet your expectations, we’ll take down the lights and leave them with you — no extra cost, no further obligations. The lights are premium quality and backed by our Lifetime Guarantee on materials, so even if you decide to keep them, they’re built to last for many seasons.
Detailed Terms of Our Satisfaction Guarantee
Canceling Before Takedown
If you’re not satisfied and choose to cancel, we’ll remove the lights and leave them with you at no cost. No further obligations: once the lights are yours, all commitments are canceled, and you’re free to use them however you like.
Storage After Takedown
If we handle the takedown and store the lights, but you choose not to rebook next season, we can still deliver them back to you at the beginning of the next season for a small 10% storage and delivery fee (based on the initial installation cost). This fee covers off-season storage and maintenance to ensure the lights remain in perfect condition for you.
Impact on Return Discounts
If you choose to store the lights yourself, you won’t qualify for our 25% return-customer discount next season, since we won’t be able to inspect and maintain lights stored outside our facility.
Seasonal vs. Permanent — Important
The “Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Lights Are Free” promise above applies only to our seasonal holiday lighting — the displays we install for the season, take down, and optionally store for you.
Our permanent architectural lighting is a different product entirely: a year-round, professionally installed system designed to stay in place. Because it’s a permanent installation rather than a seasonal display, it is not part of the keep-the-lights seasonal promise. Instead, permanent architectural lighting is covered by:
- Lifetime Guarantee on materials — if a component fails, we replace it.
- 1-year labor warranty — if there’s an issue with our workmanship, we fix it at no charge.
