Yes. Returning holiday lighting customers receive a 25 percent loyalty discount. For permanent lighting, existing seasonal customers receive a special loyalty promotion: your prior-year seasonal payment is credited toward your permanent lighting installation. For holiday lighting, we require a deposit for materials upon booking, with the remaining balance due at installation. For permanent lighting, payment terms are outlined in your proposal based on the scope and whether you are purchasing outright or leasing.
If you find an equal permanent lighting system — meaning commercial-grade product with a lifetime warranty on materials — installed by a licensed, insured contractor, we will beat that price by 10 percent. The product must be equivalent grade with an equivalent warranty. Consumer products like Govee do not qualify for the price match because they are not the same category of product.
