Who We Are
BrightWrx Nashville is led by Brian Richardson, a hands-on business owner committed to professional service, clear communication, and treating every customer like family.
Brian is a Hopkinsville, Kentucky native who has called Cadiz home since 1989. His entrepreneurial journey began in 1994 while working the night shift at Johnson Controls. What started as one man and a truck grew into multiple service businesses through consistency, grit, and customer care.
After expanding Crystal Clean and Precision ProWash, Brian acquired the national Precision ProWash brand in 2024 and brought additional service brands—including professional holiday lighting—under the company umbrella. BrightWrx Nashville now combines that operating experience with a complete lighting process for Middle Tennessee homes, businesses, and communities.
