Over the years, Brian built his companies through hands-on leadership, dependable service, and long-term customer relationships. In 2024, he acquired the national Precision ProWash brand and continued expanding the company’s service capabilities.

Local conditions matter. Exterior lighting in this region must be prepared for heavy rain, humidity, ice, freeze-and-thaw cycles, wind, and severe seasonal weather. Our team plans each project with the property, environment, and intended use in mind.
Whether the goal is a holiday display, a year-round permanent lighting system, or a professional commercial presentation, we provide a clear path from concept to completion.
