Give Central Oregon a reason to slow down — and stay — after dark.
Permanent architectural lighting and full-service holiday displays for Central Oregon businesses, properties, and public spaces — designed, built, installed, maintained, and removed by one licensed crew. We carry the liability, the storage, and the ladders. You get the credit.
From Mercedes-Benz to Main Street.
A few of the businesses, brands, resorts, and cities that hand us the ladder every year.
Selected clients across resorts, retail, auto, hospitality, civic & downtown — full reference list on request.
Right now, the businesses and towns that invested are glowing — and packed.
Customers lingering. Families taking photos. Foot traffic up. The properties and downtowns that committed are getting the nights — and the credit for them. The only question left every December: are you one of the places people drive in to see, or the dark one next door?
It was never the lights. It's the vendor.
A glowing downtown is the upside. What actually stops a project is the downside — a public, visible failure with your name attached to it.
The cost overrun
A "we'll figure it out" quote that balloons mid-project — and a budget conversation you have to defend in public.
Lights that fail mid-season
Half a block goes dark the week of the tree lighting, and there's no one to call. The photos still get taken.
"Who picked these people?"
The one question no administrator wants at a council meeting. The wrong vendor isn't a line item — it's career-shaped.
So we built the company to remove every one of those risks — before you ever have to weigh them.
We take the risk off your desk.
Every reason a project feels dangerous — we've already handled it, in writing.
Fixed-price proposal
The number we quote is the number you pay. No overruns to explain to council.
Lifetime guarantee
If a light ever fails, we replace it. A dark run is our problem, not your staff's.
Licensed · bonded · insured
Oregon CCB #257964, GL and workers' comp, additional-insured certificates on request.
Callable references
Talk to the cities and businesses we already light. We'll hand you the list.
Whether you answer to a council or a P&L.
A downtown the whole town brags about.
Council-ready proposals, multi-year contracts, and a partner who makes you look good — season after season.
For cities & agenciesThe property people slow down for.
Permanent brand-color lighting or full-service seasonal displays — leased, maintained, and run for you.
For businessLight it once for the year — or have us run the whole season.
Most clients use both. Pick the one that fits the building and the budget; we handle everything from there.
Architectural lighting
A color-matched channel mounts under the eave and disappears into the trim by day. Brand colors every night, holiday scenes on a schedule, sixteen million colors from your phone — and nothing to take down.
How permanent worksFull-service holiday displays
Commercial-grade rooflines, wrapped trees, garland and wreaths — installed on schedule, serviced through the season, taken down in the new year, and stored by us until next time.
Plan this seasonFrom the corner shop to the whole campus.
Hotels and resorts, downtown storefronts, professional offices and clinics, auto dealerships — whatever the building, the goal is the same: a display that pulls people in, runs clean all season, and disappears on schedule.
- Boom-lift certified crews and specialty equipment for multi-story facades and high structures
- One point of contact across every property you manage — statewide in Oregon
- Lease & financing available, including CAM-eligible structures for commercial tenants
Built for the way public work runs.
Parks & rec, downtown districts, airports, and civic buildings run on calendars, contracts, and accountability. So do we.
We build our own lights
Manufactured in-house and built to custom specs for a public project — colors, lengths, and fittings made to spec, not pulled off a shelf.
Multi-year contracts
We hold your design, inventory, and install schedule so each season starts where the last one left off.
Licensed, bonded & insured
Oregon CCB #257964, with GL and workers' comp. Additional-insured certificates on request.
Service & maintenance contracts
We don't install and leave. A dark run is on us, not on your staff, for the life of the agreement.
Special shifts for public safety
Roadways, airports, and public buildings can't always be worked by day. We schedule around closures and access windows.
Certified & equipped for scale
Boom-lift certified crews and specialty aerial equipment owned in-house — the gear large municipal contracts require.
We hand you a yes the council can't argue with.
You shouldn't have to build the case alone. We do the work for you — a budget-ready proposal you can walk straight into a council meeting and get approved.
- A fixed price and a clear scope — no "it depends"
- Guidance on which budget or fund it fits, and how to phase it across years
- ROI and foot-traffic talking points, with references to back them up
- Start with one signature block; expand on a schedule you control
Picture next December: your property — or your whole town — glowing, people lingering, the photos everywhere, and everyone asking who finally made it happen.
Start with one project. Build it bigger every year.
You don't have to light everything in year one. The smartest clients — businesses and cities alike — start with one signature project, then grow the footprint every season. Lower risk to commit, and a result that gets better with your name on it.
The signature piece
One façade, tree, or block done beautifully — the photo everyone shares.
Extend the footprint
Add the adjoining buildings, streets, or a centerpiece tree. Momentum builds on its own.
Tie it together
Entrances, gateways, parking, and parks turn it into a true destination.
The tradition people expect
A look customers and residents plan around — improving every single season.

For clients done with the annual install-and-remove cycle. Installed once, invisible by day, and controlled from an app the rest of the year.
- Invisible by day — sealed modules read as trim; nothing on the roof or gutters
- Year-round value — brand colors nightly, team colors on game day, holidays on a schedule
- Run from your phone — sixteen million colors and scenes, set once
- Lifetime materials guarantee — a failed component is replaced for as long as you own the property
Four steps. Zero ladders for you.

Fixed-price proposal
A clear design and a fixed number — purchase or lease, with financing options spelled out.
Professional install
Our licensed, boom-lift certified crew installs to the calendar, clean and on time.
Maintained for you
Seasonal: serviced, removed, and stored. Permanent: a service engineer keeps your programs running.
Two things that make a yes easy.
The hardware doesn't have to be a capital fight, and the software doesn't have to be your problem.
Spread the cost over time instead of paying up front. For commercial properties it's CAM-eligible — it can live in the operating budget rather than on your books as new fixtures.
A dedicated engineer maintains your system, programs, and software — seasonal changes, scene updates, and repairs from one number. You don't manage the lighting. We do.
One crew for every surface in town.
Two decades lighting Oregon's landmarks.
Resorts, downtowns, airports, dealerships, and civic buildings — including a 110-foot tree, hand-lit top to bottom, off I-5.
The crew that builds its own lights.
Formerly Christmas Lights Factory. Family-owned since 2006, and one of Oregon's highest-rated professional installers.
We manufacture our own product
Consistent quality, parts in stock, and custom builds for jobs other companies turn down.
Equipped for scale
Boom-lift certified crews and specialty aerial equipment owned in-house.
Backed for life
Lease programs and a lifetime materials guarantee on permanent systems.
If a light ever fails, we replace it — for as long as you own the property.
Permanent architectural systems carry a lifetime materials guarantee. A failed component is replaced, no argument.
Seasonal installs are serviced for the length of the contract. A dark run on the roofline is a phone call, not your problem.
Not all "lighting guys" are the same.

Don't take our word for it. Take theirs.
Two decades of work you can verify — and a reference list we'll hand you before you commit a dollar.
Everything you need to defend the yes.
Emotion gets a project started; logic gets it approved. We arm you with both.
Good questions, answered.
What if the lights fail in the middle of the season?
They're our problem, not your staff's. Permanent systems carry a lifetime materials guarantee, and seasonal installs are serviced for the length of the contract. A dark run is one phone call — we come fix it.
How do we keep this from becoming a cost overrun?
The proposal is fixed-price. The number we quote is the number you pay, with a clear scope spelled out — so there's nothing to renegotiate mid-project and nothing awkward to explain in public.
Can we see proof before we commit?
Yes. We'll hand you a list of callable references — cities and businesses across Oregon we already light — plus photos of comparable work. Talk to them before you spend a dollar.
Do you handle the contract and insurance side for public agencies?
Yes. We run multi-year municipal contracts, carry GL and workers' comp under Oregon CCB #257964, provide additional-insured certificates, and schedule around public-safety access and closures. We also build lights to custom specs for public projects.
We can't fund the whole downtown this year. Now what?
You shouldn't. The smartest approach is one signature block done beautifully in year one — the easiest motion to approve — then expand the footprint each season on a schedule you control.
Which budget does this come out of?
It depends on your city, but we'll point you to the options — tourism/lodging-tax, downtown-improvement, parks, or capital funds — and structure the proposal so it fits cleanly. Leases can spread the cost across years.
Can we spread the cost out?
Yes. Lease and financing programs distribute cost over time. For commercial properties the lease can be CAM-eligible, so it lives in the operating budget rather than as a capital purchase.
What's the difference between permanent and seasonal?
Permanent architectural lighting is installed once and lives on the building year-round — invisible by day, app-controlled at night. Seasonal is a full-service holiday display we install, maintain, remove, and store each year. Many clients use both.
How big a project can you handle?
From a single storefront to multi-story facades, full campuses, downtown corridors, and 100-foot-plus trees. We're boom-lift certified and own the specialty aerial equipment large contracts require.
Who maintains it after install?
We do. Seasonal displays are serviced all season; permanent systems get a dedicated service engineer who keeps your programs, scenes, and software current.
What areas do you serve?
Businesses and municipalities statewide across Oregon — from Central Oregon to the Willamette Valley, Portland metro, and the coast.
