No risk, no hassle: if for any reason we don’t meet your expectations, we’ll take down the lights and leave them with you — no extra cost, no further obligations. The lights are premium quality and backed by our Lifetime Guarantee on materials, so even if you decide to keep them, they’re built to last for many seasons.

Canceling Before Takedown

If you’re not satisfied and choose to cancel, we’ll remove the lights and leave them with you at no cost. There are no further obligations—once the lights are yours, all commitments are canceled, and you’re free to use them however you like.

Storage After Takedown

If we handle the takedown and store your lights, but you choose not to rebook the next season, we can still deliver them back to you at the start of the following season for a small 10% storage and delivery fee based on the original Christmas lights installation cost. This fee covers off-season storage and maintenance, ensuring your holiday lighting installation materials remain in excellent condition and ready for future use.

Impact on Return Discounts

If you choose to store the lights yourself, you won’t qualify for our 25% return-customer discount next season, since we won’t be able to inspect and maintain lights stored outside our facility.

Seasonal vs. Permanent — Important

The “Satisfaction Guaranteed or Your Lights Are Free” promise above applies only to our seasonal holiday lighting — the displays we install for the season, take down, and optionally store for you.

Our permanent architectural lighting is a different product entirely: a year-round, professionally installed system designed to stay in place. Because it’s a permanent installation rather than a seasonal display, it is not part of the keep-the-lights seasonal promise. Instead, permanent architectural lighting is covered by:

• Lifetime Guarantee on materials — if a component fails, we replace it.
• 1-year labor warranty — if there’s an issue with our workmanship, we fix it at no charge.
